In Nov. of 2007 AzooAZ.com (AzooArizona) was formed in Scottsdale, AZ because it was hard to find the fine line of over 400 products sold in over 70 countries around the world. The line is not found in major big box retail stores. The name Azoo means “Grade A” in Taiwanese.

The North American distributor of Azoo products, SevenPorts, offers a 1 year limited replacement policy on the fine Azoo product line.
SHIPPING
- We will ship paid orders normally between 1-2 business days.
- If this isn’t possible for us you will be notified ASAP by e-mail.
SPECIAL ORDERS
I sell only the Azoo line of products.
If you desire something that is on the Azoopalm.com website and if they have stock, it will take an extra 3-5 business days.
RETURNS
If anything is broken we ask that you keep the shipping box until we can notify the shipper. If you have not used the Azoo item and would like to return it, we offer a 30 day return policy if you return it in the original box.

We will notify you if your request is currently out of stock.
Shipping
We ship all orders via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Once the order has been processed we will email you the tracking number so that you will have an exact arrival date for your aquarium.
